Family getaway
This was an incredible property. It is one of the best home rentals we have done. The property is located high in the smokey mountains with views that are amazing. The house itself was extremely well appointed. We were traveling with a family of 7 adults and 4 toddlers. The kitchen was well stocked with every kind of small appliance, plate, bowl, glassware, serving bowls and utensil you could ever ask for. It was no problem cooking for everyone. The grill outside was easy to use. All the kitchen supplies were labeled so you knew exactly where to return then too. There was lots of room for people to get involved with cooking. The house included a pack and play, highchair and baby gates on all the stairs. The baby gates are an added feature that we did not expect, and in the end did not need, but greatly appreciated. The game room was a hit with everyone young and old. The theater space was ideal for quiet time with the kiddos and for their parents and grandparents. Quiet time was limited as there are so many things to do in the Gatlinberg area. We went to two of the pools that are included in the house rental. Both of them were great for all ages. The hot tub at the house has great views of the mountains. We did have several bear sightings just next to the house, which delighted everyone. But, you will need to be bear aware especially around the trash can area. Speaking of trash, there were plenty of bins for trash and the enclosed bins deterred the bears from hanging around too long. The outside porch areas were great. There were a couple of covered areas including the fire pit area that allowed us to sit outside during a couple of the rain storms. I can not say enough about this house. We are already talking about our next trip in a couple of years. Thank you so much to the owners for allowing us to share this amazing home.

House has everything you will need!!
This place "rocks" !!! Awesome cabin, with spectacular views! awesome 6 bedrooms, each with own bathroom - ; Hot tub awesome, Game Room awesome, Theater Room Awesome, ummmmm are you getting the theme here?? Place is just AAA+++; only thing is - this is not for the faint of heart if you arent an experienced driver-- the drive up to it has massive curves and a long winding road up-- but hey, it's on a mountain so you should expect this!!! Again-- super communication with property manager and we even got to see a couple of bears or three up close near the home.....

Awesome House
What a beautiful home! We had 8 people in our party, two were 17/18 year old boys. We had a great time in the game room and used almost every inch of the house. Matt was so great to work with, we had a couple of little issues and he took care of them so quickly, even showed up at the house to help with repairing the issues. We could not have asked for better accommodations, I think the open kitchen/living room/dining room along with the game room was my favorite parts of the house. Thank you Matt for all your assistance, we had an absolute fabulous vacation!!!!

Awesome family property
We had 11 family members staying at this property. It was a perfect place to stay in the Smokey's. Great views, from three decks. The property offered so much to do. The decks, offered different views, fire pits, swings, rockers, hammocks, and a table that allowed all 11 of us to eat outside. The game room was just awesome--shuffleboard, pool table, air hockey, etc. We had kids playing kids, kids playing parents, kids playing grandparents, etc. Between the game room, the decks and hot tub, the kids were never bored. Six bedrooms and bathrooms, great kitchen area, an indoor table that seats at least 12. A great place to stay--really made the vacation special.

Awesome!
House was amazing and had everything we could want! Views from deck were great and the downstairs theatre and game room were a great place for everyone to hang at night. 6 king bedrooms with private bath were perfect as well to allow for privacy as well

Great views, great trip
This is the 2nd Heavens owned cabin we’ve stayed in. This cabin check in process was very easy as one would expect and want. You have to get used to driving up and down a mountain but after two times, everyone is a pro. We saw a mother bear and her cubs on the roadway. It’s very awesome to see something like that in the wild and up close. The cabin was nice overall. I will say, the cleaning crew they employ was probably the best we’ve seen. The cabin is very large with three floors. Nothing was found dirty or looked over. I was very impressed. There was some minor maintenance issues, but there is usually always something minor with any place. The good thing I took away from this is the excellent response from management. They were always in contact and responded to me promptly. You will enjoy the variety and size of their game room. Fireplaces everywhere, hot tub outside, and the views you see are exactly like the pics in their VRBO advertisement. You can fit 6 cars in the driveway but if you have trucks, it might be safer to not go over 5. We had a few friend couples for the week and everyone had a good time. There are plenty of things to do in the area and it is just as fun to just simply relax and hangout in the cabin. We will be looking forward coming back.

Best family time
We had a great family trip to TN celebrating our 50th with family. The home was amazing with lots of space for 11. The beds were very comfortable, the furniture like new and the kitchen spacious and well equipped. The host did a superior job of orienting us and taking care of any needs. Downstairs was a game room we used daily with five different options. The pictures you see are totally accurate; Thanks so much for providing this space.

Excellent cabin!!
My family and I couldn’t ask for a better place to stay than this cabin!!! Everything was beyond our expectations!! Great space so clean and fresh the whole cabin!!! We will visit again!!! Love it

Family Christmas trip
Beautiful house, the pictures are exactly as they are shown. The views are incredible seeing the sunrise and set every day are a must. So must room inside and outside the house, the game room had everything that we needed to keep us entertained. Gatlinburg is a short drive to do some hiking, shopping and was able to enjoy Anakeesta. We were blessed with having a mama and four cubs visit us on the last day...it made our trip. Will definitely be back....loved it!
