Best Cabin Ever!!
We come to Gatlinburg 2/3 times a year. This year was our first Jeep Invasion. We chose City Lights for the view but never expected all it provided!! The view of course was absolutely stunning. We could even watch the jeeps on the strip after going back to the cabin. It is so clean and the appliances, cookware and dishes etc were absolutely top of the line. The 3 balconies gave us great views. The beds are absolutely the most comfortable I have ever had in a rental. The drive way was a bit tricky the first time but it’s easily managed once ya get it. (You don’t want a low riding vehicle.) I loved waking up to the Mountain views and the fresh air. The church bells every morning and on Sunday especially were amazing. Saw a couple bears close to the cabin and across the strip in the cemetery from our balcony. We will be staying here every chance we get!! Can not say enough about how amazing City Lights is! Hated to leave it. One of the best vacations we’ve had in Gatlinburg!

Great cabin. Fantastic view.
The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Wonderful cabin. Games, tv's, 4 decks, a hot tub and wonderful views. Overlooks the whole downtown. Very clean and well stocked with all the amenities. Comfortable beds. Very nice throughout the whole cabin. Very modern and stylish. Video game, shuffleboard and foosball table. Can easily fit 6 people. Very close to town. Only about a mile or 5 minute drive. Nice movie room but not connected to the floor plan. Also, driveway is VERY steep. Manager was very responsive to any questions. We enjoyed our stay and would stay here again.

First Vacation with Infant
The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Overall I was very pleased with my cabin choice! Great location and beautiful cabin. Upon arrival I found out that the cabin was equipped with a high-chair for feeding and a Pack-and-Play for the baby to sleep in! Awesome bonus items that I had never seen included with a stay!

Our favorite cabin!
This cabin was amazing! Views were breathtaking and everything was so clean and nice. The driveway for the cabin is a bit tricky and we had to use our four wheel drive but it was worth the stay!

A Stunning Jewel
All I can say is FANTASTIC! This cabin has EVERYTHING! I didn’t want to leave. It’s beautiful and is exactly as described. Every detail was thought about. The order and neatness was well orchestrated. The view is AMAZING at night and in the morning. This cabin has everything… you honestly don’t have to leave to do anything if you don’t want to. The best experience ever! I rate it 100 and stars

Wonderful Stay In Gatlinburg !!
Been coming to the Smokies every year since I was a child with my parents. I've been bringing my family for the last 27 years and we've stayed in cabins an motels all over Gatlinburg. I must say that "City Lights" is way far and above the others, It's simply perfect !!! The design / layout along with the location are fantastic and this cabin has everything anyone could ever need for a Gatlinburg get away that's sure to create wonderful memories.

My New Favorite Place
I loved everything about this place! It was spotless! The decor is relaxing and modern - not the cheesy cabin decor you sometimes get. The kitchen is labeled nicely (my OCD self was in HEAVEN) and fully stocked. The welcome binder was so informative and presented in such a cute way! The views are spectacular! I’ve only ever stayed away from the city lights view but this was so fun! All the little details are what I really loved. Blankets in the movie room, towel holder by the spa, makeup remover, so many fun games to choose from! The location was great! We saw a mama bear and two cubs out for a stroll as well as a hawk. We had trouble with the WiFi and Matthew responded so quickly with a solution. Our stay was our first vacation without kids in over 2 years. This place met every expectation and then some! We will be back next year! Thank you for being such fabulous hosts!

Amazing get away!
Absolutely loved this cabin. Everything was as pictured, and it was very clean and cozy. The views were AMAZING! We brought our adult daughter and her boyfriend and we had room to spread out on the multiple decks. My favorite deck was the covered one off the game room. That would have been my choice for the hot tub location. Beds we're comfy too! Loved that everything was marked. The kitchen was wonderful! Fully stocked with everything you would need. It even included LOTS of spices and coffee filters. The driveway was tricky in our quad cab pickup, but after a couple of times my husband got used to it. Would definitely be easier with a car! I would definitely recommend this cabin and would stay here again. It was nice to be able to return to the cabin to drop things off or to change clothes without a long ride back and forth. Matt was very easy to work with and very quick to answer any questions. Thanks for a wonderful vacation place!

EXACTLY as advertised!
Sometimes when a cabin advertises a view, it isn't as great as they show it, or its only good during the winter when all of the leaves are off the trees. Not this property. Your views are exactly AS ADVERTISED. Beautiful views from multiple decks of downtown Gatlinburg. Everything was completely clean and all of the little extras were accounted for. Loved the game room and the deck off of the game room was perfect for outdoor dining. Very clean hot tub and fun little movie theater room downstairs. Would recommend for that special occasion!
